CementKart exclusively supplies cement in bulk quantities. We do not sell individual bags or accommodate retail orders. By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies to all orders
- Orders must meet our bulk criteria based on quantity, location, and brand availability
- We reserve the right to refuse orders that do not meet bulk supply requirements
2. Pricing & Quotations
All prices shown on our website are indicative and subject to change:
- Final pricing is confirmed via phone or WhatsApp after reviewing your requirements
- Prices depend on cement type, quantity, delivery location, and current market rates
- Quotation validity is limited and will be specified during communication
- GST and delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly communicated
3. Order Process
Our order process requires the following steps:
- Submit your requirement through our lead form or phone/WhatsApp
- Receive a customized quotation based on your project needs
- Confirm the order verbally or through written communication
- Make payment as per agreed terms (partial advance may be required)
- Delivery will be scheduled upon payment confirmation
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery timelines and terms:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on location and stock availability
- We deliver to project sites across India, subject to logistics feasibility
- Customer must ensure proper unloading arrangements at the delivery site
- Any delays due to force majeure circumstances are beyond our control
5. Brand Availability
We work with leading cement brands including UltraTech, ACC, Ambuja, Ramco, Dalmia, Birla, and others. However:
- Specific brand availability depends on regional supply and stock levels
- We will suggest alternatives if your preferred brand is unavailable
- All supplied cement is 100% genuine and sourced from authorized dealers/manufacturers
6. Payment Terms
Payment requirements:
- New customers may be required to pay an advance before delivery
- Payment methods include bank transfer, NEFT/RTGS, and UPI
- Full payment must be cleared before final delivery or as per agreed terms
- GST invoice will be provided for all transactions
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order cancellation terms:
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with prior notice
- Cancellation after dispatch may incur logistics charges
- Refund processing time: 7-10 business days for eligible cancellations
8. Limitation of Liability
CementKart's liability is limited to:
- We are not liable for project delays caused by delivery postponements
- Our responsibility ends once cement is delivered to the specified location
- Quality-related claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- We are not responsible for improper storage or handling after delivery
9. Changes to Terms
CementKart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
