1. Order Cancellation
At CementKart, we understand that project requirements may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring smooth operations:
- Before Order Confirmation: Orders can be cancelled without any charges before formal confirmation via phone or written communication.
- After Order Confirmation: Cancellations after order confirmation but before dispatch may incur administrative charges up to 5% of the order value to cover processing costs.
- After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once the cement has been dispatched from the warehouse or factory.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:
- Order Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations before order confirmation. Partial refund (95% of order value) for cancellations after confirmation but before dispatch.
- Non-Delivery: Full refund if the order cannot be delivered due to logistical issues from our end.
- Wrong Product Delivery: Full refund or replacement if the wrong cement type or brand is delivered.
- Damaged Goods: Refund or replacement for cement bags damaged during transit, subject to verification.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery for damage or wrong product claims
- Provide your order details, including order number and delivery date
- Submit photographic evidence for damaged goods claims
- Our team will verify the claim and process the refund within 7-10 business days
4. Refund Timeline
Refund processing times vary based on the payment method:
- UPI Payments: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer/NEFT/RTGS: 7-10 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7-14 business days (depending on your bank)
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery acceptance
- Improper storage or handling of cement after delivery
- Delays caused by customer's unavailability at the delivery site
- Orders cancelled after dispatch
- Minor variations in cement shade or texture that do not affect quality
6. Quality Assurance
All cement supplied through CementKart is:
- Sourced directly from authorized manufacturers or dealers
- Quality-checked before dispatch
- Accompanied by manufacturer test certificates upon request
- Covered by manufacturer warranty as per their terms
